In this extended footage of the 2017 Adequan®/USDF FEI-Level Trainers Conference, Hans-Christian Matthiesen and Lilo Fore work with Trixi Marienau and Stefano 8. Lilo notes how comfortable Stefano 8 is in his piaffe and the lack of tension in his movements. She focuses on ensuring the ease of his transitions in and out of the piaffe and passage and talks about how important this ease of movement is. During a canter sequence, Lilo gives feedback from a judge’s perspective on the straightness of the tempis performed and offers criticism when a string of one-tempis goes awry.
