At the 2018 USDF Sport Horse Prospect Development Forum, our presenters were asked whether they thought a three year old that wasn’t quite ready for the Four Year Old tests next year should be pushed to do it anyway, or whether they would prefer to see riders waiting for the Five Year Old test.
