How did you get started?

I was originally hired as a membership coordinator/receptionist.

What is your favorite part of your job?

I enjoy assisting members and horse owners in general, and having the chance to work with members, in person, at the annual convention.

What is your favorite part of USDF?

The passion displayed by members for both their horses and the sport.

Share a little about yourself.

I was born and raised in Lexington, KY.  I showed reining horses for years, but put competition on hold after getting married and having a daughter.  My husband is also passionate about horses, having competed in eventing in Germany before moving to the US.  Although we both still enjoy riding in our free time, our current focus is on raising quality Bielefelder chickens and Bourbon Red turkeys, and we also have guineas and quail.  We typically have over 200 birds following the breeding/hatching season.
