Shopping for a new horse is wonderful in both anticipation and in memory. The actual process though is like shopping for clothes where fantasy and reality collide. I had just lost a very special horse and I knew that if I wanted to continue riding, I would have to start the process of looking for a new partner.

He’s a dressage super star. He was meant to be my eventing super star. He would only complete a course after the horse behind him had lapped him and he could follow said leader to the finish line. That was when we finally threw in the towel and called him our Dressage Queen.
