Working Hard but Not Moving Forward?
Most of us begin the sport full of enthusiasm, inspired by the beauty and harmony of dressage. But over time, progress becomes harder to recognize.
For years I showed at least 6 competitions per year. I haven’t shown in 3 years, because I can’t justify the ever increasing expenses. I am, however still riding, schooling and enjoying my horses at home and at other less expensive activities.
I just started riding dressage and enjoy showing. I currently show 3-9 x per year at both schooling and recognized shows.
