In this extended footage of the 2016 Adequan®/USDF FEI-Level Trainers Conference, Johann Hinnemann works with Ayden Uhlir and Sjapoer as they transition from the Young Rider program to the U25 Grand Prix division. Johann discusses the development of the U25 Grand Prix, and the difficulties young professionals face when making this transition. Johann works with Ayden to ensure that Sjapoer is not allowed to carry himself with too short of a neck, or too low of a poll, and that Ayden rides primarily off of the snaffle without engaging the curb when not needed.
