In this extended footage of the 2017 Adequan®/USDF FEI-Level Trainers Conference, Hans-Christian Matthiesen and Lilo Fore work with Karen Pavicic and Beaujolais. Hans-Christian identifies difficulties that conformation and personality can pose in upper level collection work and discusses how to develop the horse to overcome these difficulties. Lilo discusses the importance of the seat as a tool for achieving correctly balanced collection. During the question and answer period, Hans-Christian and Lilo talk about the importance of keeping the Grand Prix horse happy and sound through cross-training.
