The USDF Handler Clinic is a two-day educational event focusing on the handling of sport horses for competition or inspection. Hilltop Farm, Inc. was the host site of the 2022 USDF Handler Clinic, where participants worked with Michael Bragdell, King Santacruz, and Susan Graham White, covering topics of handling techniques, business strategies for promoting yourself as a professional handler, and addressing safety and consistency with handling and competing young horses. Take a look at some shots from the event.

It was great to be able to run another USDF Handlers clinic here at Hilltop. King did a super job coaching all the participants and it was great to see such a huge improvement the second day. I really felt they applied the knowledge gained from the first day to how they all came out the second day and handled the horses. Look forward to doing this again!!!

Thank you, USDF and Hilltop Farm, for allowing me to share my knowledge at the 2022 USDF Handlers Clinic. It was an honor to work with such a wonderful group of participants. I was very impressed by the dedication and improvement throughout the weekend of each participant. The amateur and young upcoming handlers picked up valuable new skills to help at home and at competitions. I also think there were some promising future professional handlers in the making!

It was my pleasure to participate in the judging session at the USDF Handlers Clinic. As always, the Hilltop Farm facility was top notch and they supplied the participants with lovely horses for their practice. What a great group of future handlers! The experts at Hilltop really helped them polish their skills. Some will no doubt become professionals!!
