Morgans are Amateur friendly. Shown is Kirsty Wojnarowski on her mare, GR Against All Odds “Alley.” Kirsty has done all of her own training with Alley from 2 years onward. Before owning Morgans, she had German Riding Ponies, but the good mind and athleticism in Alley convinced Kirsty to continue her Dressage dream with the Morgan breed. She now owns 4 Morgans, and has started all of them. – Kim V.

Our first Morgan, Viking Carillon, was our daughter’s horse, and she did Pony Club, hunters, dressage and eventing with her. I remember one show where Victor Hugo-Vidal was the judge, and Cari cleaned up over the thoroughbreds and warmbloods. Then Cari became my trail horse and then my husband‘s trail horse. Now her son, Derby, is my horse, and with my husband and his Morgan, Cinda, we do a lot of trail riding. Morgans can do it all! Here is Derby and Cinda on a recent ride! – Marilyn M.
