Valuable Insight from Judges
Participation in an equitation class is an excellent way for riders to get firsthand tips from a judge on their seat and position, and their correct and effective use of the aids (both are collective marks on a dressage test).
Regional Finals
Adult amateur riders may qualify to compete in a USDF Adult Amateur Equitation Regional Final presented by Big Dee’s Tack and Vet Supply by earning a 70% or higher in any eligible Dressage Seat Equitation class (except walk-trot). More information and Program Rules are on the USDF website.
Opportunities for Youth
Riders 18 years and under may qualify for the USDF Dressage Seat Medal Semi-Finals by earning a 70% or higher in any eligible Dressage Seat Equitation class.
