Michael Jung's fistpump following his final salute was accompanied by resounding cheers from the spectators, who returned in force for the first time since the 2019 event. Jung and Fischerchipmunk FRH went on to win the CCI5*-L event.
For the first time since 2019, the Land Rover Kentucky Three-Day Event presented by MARS Equestrian™ welcomed spectators back to the Kentucky Horse Park. Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the premier US 5* competition was cancelled in 2020, and hosted without spectators in 2021. This year vendors, riders, and fans descended on the Horse Park for the concurrently held 4* and 5* events. It was a weekend of beautiful weather, excellent rides, and fabulous shopping.
